Custom Design Services

Custom stationery design services are tailored specifically to each client. Due to the personalized nature of this work, all custom design purchases are final and non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for:

·      Providing accurate information and content

·      Reviewing proofs carefully before approval

Once a design has been approved in writing, no further changes can be made.

Usage License

All templates and designs are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not resell, share, distribute, or reproduce these designs in any form.

Artificial Intelligence

All designs, custom or template, may not be fed into any Artificial Intelligence program or chatbot. Doing so will incur immediate termination of the contract without a refund.

No Refunds (Digital Products)

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Canva Usage

Templates are accessed via Canva. A free Canva account is required to edit and download the design.

Intellectual Property

All designs remain the property of Amanda Gault. Purchasing a product or service grants you limited license for personal use only and does not transfer ownership.

Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for any issues related to printing, third-party services, or user error when editing templates or using final designs.

Revisions Policy

Custom design services include a limited number of revisions as agreed upon at the start of the project. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
