From there, you will receive a response between 24-48 hours where we can further discuss your needs and answer any other questions you may have.

  • You can contact me any time through the contact form!

  • I will never use Artificial Intelligence to create your designs.

  • No, my designs cannot be uploaded to any Artificial Intelligence program or chatbot. If I discover my designs have been run through AI, our working contract will be terminated without a refund.

  • Birthday invites, announcements, or Save the Dates have a starting price of $2/card, plus a design fee of $300. Pricing will vary if you select a different paper weight or specialty services like foil printing.

  • The wedding invitation suites we offer include: the invitation, the RSVP card, and a details card. Envelopes will be included. Printing on envelopes is an additional charge.

  • Wedding invitation suites start at $1695 for a quantity of 100. Prices will vary based on specialty services like foil printing, die cut cards, variable printing for envelopes, envelope liners and more.

  • When you purchase a digital download, you will receive a PDF with a unique Canva link to edit your design. You will need a FREE Canva account to make edits.

  • I make the process smooth and easy. You will receive an initial email from me outlining every stage of the process. You will never be left wondering what the next step is.

  • Yes and no. If you are ordering custom stationery, like a wedding invitation suite or Save the Date, I will print your order and ship it directly to you.

    If you are purchasing an editable template from my site, you are in control of the printing process. You can print the design using your own printer or find a print vendor of your choosing.

  • If the order is above $150, shipping will be free.

  • Unfortunately, I cannot provide refunds for custom designs.

  • I cannot process refunds for digital downloads.

  • Please contact me right away with pictures of the damaged pieces and an estimate of how many pieces were damaged. I will work with my print vendor to correct the issue and send replacement pieces at no cost to you.

  • If there is a typo in the stationery, please let me know right away. Unfortunately, as custom designs go through a rigorous proofing process that must be approved by you in writing before printing occurs, I cannot offer refunds. However, a reprint can be done at a lower cost that can be negotiated.

  • I’ll guide you the whole way so you’re never left in the dark! We’ll start with a video call to nail down important details. Afterwards, you can expect the initial design between 2-3 weeks. From there, we’ll make any necessary changes. Once approved in writing, I’ll send your order to print and will ship the order directly to you.
